cpl-plugin-kmos software package provides ESO data reduction pipeline for the KMOS instrument, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpl-plugin-kmos
cpl-plugin-kmos is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cpl-plugin-kmos package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cpl-plugin-kmos *
You will get with cpl-plugin-kmos package name, version, architecture and description in a table
